1. Agreement to these Terms and Apple Standard EULA

By creating an account, signing in, or using Lilo, you agree to these Terms and to the Lilo Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

For the iOS app distributed through the App Store, Lilo uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Service

2. What Lilo provides

Lilo provides skincare-oriented tools such as onboarding flows, saved products, routines, environmental guidance, reminders, subscription features, support services, and AI-assisted explanations and recommendations.

Health

3. Important health and safety disclaimer

Lilo provides informational and educational content only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical, dermatological, allergy, or urgent health concerns.

Accounts

4. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to create and maintain your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and linked device access secure.
• You may not impersonate another person, access another user's account, or try to bypass Lilo's security controls.
• You must use Lilo in compliance with applicable law and platform rules.

AI And Content

5. User content and AI-assisted features

• You keep ownership of the information, text, photos, and other content you submit to Lilo.
• You give Lilo a limited permission to host, process, analyze, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
• Private skin check-in photos and weekly reaction notes are treated as account content used to provide progress tracking, reminders, and comparison views inside Lilo.
• Lilo may use AI conversation history, product feedback, and service performance data to improve answer quality, safety systems, ranking, and product behavior inside Lilo.
• Some inputs may be processed by third-party providers when that processing is required to deliver the feature, such as AI responses, location lookups, billing, or email delivery.
• AI-generated output may be incomplete, conservative, or mistaken, and should not be treated as a guaranteed result or as medical advice.

Social

6. Social and shared experiences

• If you use social or group features, the content and activity you choose to share there may be visible to other members of those spaces.
• You may not use Lilo social or support surfaces to harass, threaten, deceive, spam, or violate the rights of other users.
• You are responsible for making sure you have permission to upload any content you submit.

Billing

7. Paid features, purchases, and rewarded credits

• Some Lilo features require a paid plan or credits.
• Purchases made through Apple or Google are billed by those stores and subject to their own terms, billing rules, and refund policies.
• RevenueCat or similar providers may be used to sync entitlement and subscription state across devices.
• If Lilo offers rewarded credit flows in your build, those flows may depend on third-party ad and reward-validation providers.
• Deleting the app or deleting your Lilo account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

Conduct

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with Lilo or its providers;
• attempt to access another user's account, billing state, or private data;
• use Lilo for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• upload content you do not have the right to submit; or
• misuse AI, beta, reward, or support features in ways that create security, privacy, or operational risk.

Termination

9. Suspension, termination, and deletion

We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, or comply with law. You may also request account deletion from within the app or through the support portal.

Ownership

10. Intellectual property

Lilo, its software, branding, design, and original product materials are owned by Lilo or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its intellectual property to you.

Limits

11. Warranty disclaimer and limitation

To the extent allowed by law, Lilo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantees that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.

Updates

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Lilo after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
